Cancellation of User Accounts in accordance with the Gambling Act

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that the conditions set out in Section 17l(1)(b) of Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, as amended (the "Gambling Act"), may have been met regarding your PAC user accounts. This condition leads to the cancellation of the user account for visits and participation in games at PALASINO casino premises. The reason for this cancellation is your failure to log in to the PAC for a period of 24 months.

Please check the validity of your PAC. If you have doubts regarding the correctness of your PAC cancellation, you may file a written objection by email or post within 15 days from the day you received this information. You must state the reasons for your doubts regarding the correctness of the cancellation in the objection. Upon receipt of the objection, its acceptance will be confirmed to you without undue delay, and we will provide you with a written explanation within 30 days. If your objection is found to be justified, your PAC will not be cancelled.

If there is a remaining balance on your PAC, you have the option to withdraw it. Your PAC will be cancelled in accordance with Section 17p(5) of the Gambling Act, specifically by the payout of all funds from the PAC, or upon the expiration of 30 days from the day we attempted to pay out all funds from the PAC to you. Funds recorded on your PAC can only be withdrawn personally in cash at one of our premises.

The cancellation of your PAC does not extinguish your right to the payout of funds from your user account as of the date of its cancellation. In this case, the general statutory limitation period of 3 years applies, in accordance with Section 629(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended.

Additionally, we inform you that in accordance with Section 17p(2)(a) of the Gambling Act, your PAC can no longer be used to place a bet in a gambling game, and funds cannot be deposited into it. If you decide to visit our casino premises again in the future, a new user account will be set up for you.
